    Conflict Mineral Policy

    We are dedicated to ensuring that all materials used in our products come from socially and environmentally responsible sources. We do not tolerate, nor by any means profit from, contribute to, assist with or facilitate any activity that fuels conflict, leads to serious environmental degradation or violates human rights, as set forth by above mentioned international conventions and NICE's policies.

    NICE is aware of, and ensures compliance with, the conflict mineral reporting obligations legislated by Section 1501 of the U.S. Dodd-Frank Wall Street reform act.

    NICE is committed to sourcing responsibly and considers mining activities that fuel conflict as unacceptable. According to this commitment, NICE is investing efforts to get complete transparency of our metal supply chain to avoid the use of any conflict minerals.

    To support that effort, NICE has incorporated and implemented procedures, including a weekly due-diligence process of applicable suppliers, that are designed to obtain information regarding the source and origin of any conflict minerals that may be present in the product which we provide to you, and implement remediation processes accordingly.

    We fully understand the importance of information gathering and have therefor aligned the due diligence producers of our supply chain with the OECD framework (see OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Mineral from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas).

    Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

    Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights that remains a hidden blight on our global society. It takes various forms, such as slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour and human trafficking, all of which have in common the deprivation of a person's liberty by another in order to exploit them for personal or commercial gain. NICE is committed to ensuring that our business practices combat slavery and human trafficking in any form.

    We are dedicated to improving our practices to combat slavery and human trafficking and ensuring those practices are not taking place in our business or in our supply chains. As part of that effort, we publish an annual statement on modern slavery in accordance with section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
